Bed Linen and Towels 

 

Please be aware of our environment and use your towels several times. Signal a towel change by placing the towels on the floor.

If you would like a change of bed linen, please contact our reception.

are available in the fridge in the kitchen on the 1st floor (see price list)

 

 

 

Breakfast

 

Our breakfast times are from 6.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m

On weekends from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m

 

 

 

Check-in / Check-out

 

You can check in from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

 

You can check out Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

You can check out on Saturday and Sunday from 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

 

Late check-out (up to 2 p.m.) is possible for a surcharge of € 14.-.

 

 

 

Children

 

Children are very welcome and stay with their parents for free up to the age of 3 years.

Should an extra bed be required, we will provide this for a fee of € 8.- per night.

 

 

 

Damage to our Property

 

Please report any damage to our reception immediately.

If the key is lost or the locking system is damaged, the cost will be charged to the person responsible.

Fire/Fire Alarm

 

There is a smoke detector and an escape route plan in every guest room.

There is a ban on smoking in the entire building of the BürgerhausLöwen

You will be charged 500 euros for violations.

 

Attention! All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. If a fire brigade is called, the cost will be charged to the person responsible.

 

 

 

Fire extinguisher

 

Are located on each floor in the corridors, for locations see the escape route plan.

 

 

 

Gas Station

 

The nearest gas station with a small shop is on Oskar-Frey-Straße, direction to Philippsburg. Only card payment is possible.

 

 

 

Laundry

 

Washing clothes and drying, if necessary, at € 7.-

 

 

 

Lost & Found

 

Please hand in any items found at the reception. If you are looking for something, also contact the reception.

 

 

 

Luggage

 

We will be happy to deposit your luggage in our seminar room. Unfortunately we cannot assume any liability.

A limited number of free parking spaces are available on the church square and in front of the house. There are more parking spaces near our house (1 minute walk), we are happy to provide you with information.
